Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK.
We ship items with Royal Mail or Evri, and they pass this on to your local postal service depending on your country. Estimated shipping time for international orders is up to 5-10 working days depending on the shipping address.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to process cancellations or make any changes to the order
How much does your shipping cost?
Standard UK Shipping 3-5 days: £3.99 flat rate (FREE on orders over £20)
Will I be charged customs?
When ordering internationally from our website, depending on the country you are having your items shipped to, you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes.
Please keep this in mind and consult your local authority to estimate the potential charges based on the value of your order.
These charges are not set by Nifty Nutrients and we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges that may arise from importing goods. Please note, the charges must be paid for you to receive your goods. Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us.

After I placed my order, how long until I receive?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and for our team to ship out to you!
If you use standard shipping, orders can take up to 3-5 business days to arrive. After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You’ll receive a subsequent shipping confirmation with tracking info once we ship.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please check your tracking number first to see if your item is still in transit. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact hello@niftynutrients.com with your order number so we can look into this!
How do I track my order?
You should receive an email when your order is dispatched. You can track your email using the Royal Mail or EVRI tracking number provided.
What if there’s a delay with my shipment?
Whilst we make every effort to adhere to the delivery times outlined in our Shipping policy, we unfortunately have no control over any delays that may incur once your package is with the courier.
To make a claim, Royal Mail and EVRI require a waiting period of 10 days from the intended delivery date. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame, please check the tracking information and contact us with your order number.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please Note: We are unable to execute cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted. Please check all information and order and details before confirming.
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you.
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
On the rare occasion your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team at hello@niftynutrients.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and images of the products you believe are not fit for purpose to be eligible for a refund or replacement. The team will then be able to evaluate the issue and advise on further action.
In some cases, we will not require you to send the items back to us and a full refund will be issued, however, in the case of products being faulty but not damaged - for example, if you believe you have been sent the wrong supplement - we may ask you to return the item to us to be assessed. If this is the case, a returns label will be issued to you and a replacement product or refund may be granted.

Do you accept returns?
At Nifty Nutrients, we aim to deliver the highest quality products and service to our valued customers. However, we understand from time to time, you may want to return your items. Please see our returns policy below to check eligibility.
To be eligible for a refund you must
Return the item within 14 days
The item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please ensure your return is packed well to avoid damage in transit.

How do I place a return?

How should I pack my return?
Any item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please ensure your items are packed securely, ideally in original boxes with padded protection to make sure they do not get damaged in arriving back to us.
How long until I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus the original shipping fee. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund in this time frame, please first contact your payment provider. What happens if I miss the 14-day returns window / Can I return my order after 14 days? / A customer requests to return an item outside of the 14 day returns window
We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns outside of the returns window. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
